CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration
If your registration has been successful, you will receive an invoice with the conference fee. We kindly ask you to transfer the required amount to the bank account indicated there. Please note that the conference fee needs to be paid in advance by either transfering the required sum to our account or by paying directly on site.


Cancellation
Please understand that we can only accept written cancellations. In the event of cancellation until December 7th, 2024 we will refund 75% of your admission. In case of a later cancellation or non-attendance of the participants we need to charge the full price. However, we gladly accept a replacement participant at no extra charge.


Documentation/Photography/Filming
The participant hereby explicitly agrees that the VÖBU and its associates are entitled to take photographs, video footage etc. during the staging of the event upon which they might be visible.
He/She acknowledges that consent in this matter was given free of charge. Additionally, the participant has agreed that the footage acquired may be used for commercial purposes and/or published in journals (e.g. Bauzeitung, Baublatt, ...) or social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, YouTube, ...).
